To maintain our Information Systems and Networks
Areas of Responsibility:
- Understand system requirements and business objectives
- Provide strategic advice on using technology to acheive goals
- Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with house staff, vendors and contractors
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems
- Support new technology implementation
- Train users in new and existing IT systems
- Provide assistance with technical issues
- Develop & produce reports as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Educational Background:
BS/Ba in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
Skills/Experience:
- Industry Certifications and Memberships a plus
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Team player
- Self-motiviated and able to multi-task
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Must be able to life 25-50 lbs.
- Other duties as assigned
