To maintain our Information Systems and Networks

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Understand system requirements and business objectives
  • Provide strategic advice on using technology to acheive goals
  • Manage IT initiatives and collaborate with house staff, vendors and contractors
  • Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and network problems
  • Support new technology implementation
  • Train users in new and existing IT systems
  • Provide assistance with technical issues
  • Develop & produce reports as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Educational Background: 
BS/Ba in Computer Science, IT or relevant field
Skills/Experience: 
  • Industry Certifications and Memberships a plus
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Self-motiviated and able to multi-task
  • Valid Michigan driver's license
  • Must be able to life 25-50 lbs.
  • Other duties as assigned
