- Develop and manage processes and tools for corresponding with volunteer participants, appropriate HFHI staff, institutions and corporate partners to ensure all information is distributed and communicated efficiently and effectively for each event/build. Manage the relationships and expectations of all partners.
- Work with appropriate groups and partners to develop meaningful and appropriate opportunities that match demographics interests with program needs. Support development of community teams and individuals so that they continually deepen their impact and commitment to the larger mission of HFHI. Develop leadership training opportunities that encourage diverse participation in community and volunteer activities.
- Oversee the maintenance of records and databases to ensure all necessary information is up-to-date for individuals, groups, trips and events.
- Monitor budget information for specific programs as requested.
Educational Background:
Bachelors
Skills/Experience:
- 2 years’ experience in logistics/customer service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively lead and supervise
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Working knowledge of Microsoft software, internet and basic office equipment
- Ability and desire to learn new computer applications and databases
