Reporting to the President & CEO, and as a critical member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director of Finance & Operations (COO) plays a pivotal role in shaping strategy as well as guiding the future growth and development of the organization. The Director of Finance & Operations (COO) directs resources to ensure the organization has the right structure, people, and functional capabilities to achieve strategic growth while safeguarding assets, financial stability, and UWH commitments to the community.
In addition to strategic planning, business analysis, organizational oversight, and highly detailed operational reporting, the Director of Finance & Operations (COO) is responsible for leading, managing, and reporting on four critical internal aspects of the organization: Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and IT.
The Director of Finance & Operations (COO) works with critical partners and stakeholders, as well as with key business contacts and donors, to provide strong financial acumen and effectiveness across all UWH relationships. Additionally, the Director of Finance & Operations (COO) is primary liaison with the UWH Audit Committee and Tomorrow Fund Endowment Committee and provides the Board of Directors with expert financial analysis, reporting, and recommendations.

Salary: $81,000 to $90,000 per year
