- The Sponsorship Coordinator will manage the Sponsorship projects of the Area Development Programme, ensuring the well-being of sponsored children in line with World Vision standards, while providing a high quality service to sponsors.
- The role will also be responsible for initiating new and creative methods of strengthening communication between sponsors and the community.
- Degree OR A/Level with minimum 02 years’ experience with WVL in a similar capacity
- Good coordination and analytical skills
- Good presentation skills
- Experience working with children is essential
- Excellent oral and written communication in English, Sinhala/Tamil.
- Competency in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Power Point
