Senior Coordinator, Talent Attraction

The Recruiting Coordinator is an integral part of the Talent Attraction team. A detail oriented, self-starter supporting a seamless recruitment process and multiple recruiters. Managing recruiting activities and building positive candidate relationships, the coordinator must be able to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment and can shift gears quickly.They will work across multiple job families; geographies and recruiters across the Talent Attraction organization.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Assist with all phases of the requisition process within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure an exceptional candidate experience• Work cross-functionally to develop strong working relationships with all internal partners including Hiring Managers and functional leads
  • Prepare all recruiting reports and maintain weekly metrics.
  • Support the Volunteer Program including background checks.
  • Interview Scheduling – working across departments; levels and geographies
  • Pre-employment screening process – responsible for the submission; tracking and results evaluation of all pre-employment screening and assessments
  • Ambassador of the American Cancer Society representing ACS during all phases of the hiring process. Support all employment branding initiatives including social media.
  • Assist in creating processes and procedures to grow continued efficiencies of the overall team workflow and create a best in class Talent Attraction experience
  • May assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening and follow-up with potential candidates.
  • Participate in Talent Attraction special projects as needed by the business
Skills/Experience: 
  • 1-3 years of Coordinator experience in a fast-paced environment
