TransFamilies is a nonprofit organization supporting parents and caregivers of trans and gender-diverse children and their families since 2008. Our programs include parent support groups, a trans youth leadership program, special topics groups, and youth support groups. 

TransFamilies is committed to building a community where connections are scarce. Families of trans and gender-diverse children often feel a sense of personal isolation, challenges finding accurate resources, and an inability to connect with other families with shared experiences.
