Mission: 

To unite, encourage, and provide ongoing training to priests and deacons who give a special emphasis to the "life issues", especially abortion and euthanasia, in their ministries.

Programs: 

All pro-life groups, whether Catholic or Protestant, recognize the benefit of the leadership of the clergy in the pro-life movement and often yearn for more of it. 

With the cooperation of bishops and their respect life offices, Priests for Life provides a bi-monthly newsletter to priests and deacons. It is also available to the general public. We offer pro-life seminars and retreats to both clergy and laity. With the permission or their respective ordinaries, the National Director and his associates travel the country full time to meet with priests and pro-life groups. 

Priests for Life offers a wide range of audios, videos, and brochures, and regularly uses the media of television, radio, and the press to spread the message of life.

The staff and consultants of Priests for Life consists of 50 people working in offices in New York, Washington DC, Titusville (FL), Atlanta, Philadelphia, Rome and elsewhere. 

The organization is governed by a Board of Directors of thirteen professionals.

An Executive Committee, composed of the National Director, Executive Director, and Vice-Chairman are empowered to lead the organization in the name of the board and carry out day to day decisions.

The Executive Director, with the assistance of the Chief Operations Officer, oversee the day to day activities of the staff and the various departments, who report to them directly.

The Finance and Fundraising Departments report to the Vice-Chairman.

In each department that has more than one employee, one individual is designated as the head of that department, responsible for making sure procedures are carried out properly and communication with the Executive Committee.
