Why Work For Us?:

Colin's Hope is a small but mighty organization that has grown from an Austin-area drowning prevention organization to a nationally respected voice in the water safety and aquatics industries. The executive director, program director and board work together to grow the impact of water safety education on aquatics, organizations who serve children of all races and socioeconomic groups, and the general public to make water safety as second-nature as looking both ways before crossing the street. The work environment is collaborative and transparent, and a high degree of self-management and self-directed creativity is expected. This organization has grown tremendously in its impact, and we seek an executive director who can find the funds that will allow the impact of our programs and thought leadership to continue to grow in new ways.
