About Us
Mission:

The Children’s Inn’s mission is to provide a free “Place Like Home” to children and young adult NIH patients while they participate in life-changing clinical research studies at the National Institutes of Health’s Clinical Center. Everything we do strives to reduce the burden of illness on families, make childhood possible and help advance NIH clinical research.

Why Work For Us?:

The Children’s Inn was named a “Best Place to Work” by the Washington Business Journal, was a finalist for the 10th Annual Helios Apollo Awards, and recently received the 2022 Visionary Award from the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, which recognizes an individual or organization for its innovation and tremendous contributions to the County and beyond. All a testament to our investment in our employees and creating a great work environment!
