Up to one in five women will suffer from a maternal mental health disorder like postpartum depression, yet most are never diagnosed or treated. Mothers need clinical and practical support to thrive and the U.S. government and society have yet to provide this support. When mothers thrive, families, children and society thrive.

A U.S. health delivery system that diagnoses and treats mothers 100% of the time, where a range of evidence based treatments are offered/covered and treatment plans are co-developed by mom/family and health care providers. A society that provides mothers with the support they need to thrive and build thriving families. Empowered, fulfilled and thriving mothers.

What Makes Us Different:

We understand the complex health delivery system, have studied with cross-sector stakeholders -the barriers to diagnosis, treatment and support, and we have identified the pathways for change. We empower mothers to advocate for this change and have a track record of introducing and supporting implementation of this policy change. We provide tools and empower health delivery systems and communities to implement system change and community support.
