Areas of Responsibility:
- This position oversees the business functions and human resources for the organization including processing payroll and bookkeeping functions such as AR/AP and monthly/annual reports.
- HR related functions include job postings, benefits, personnel files, workers compensation, and other HR related functions.
Educational Background:
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or human resources or related field
Skills/Experience:
- At least two or more years’ experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR and/or human resources; proficient in Excel spreadsheets, high level of confidentiality and emotion maturity; excellent verbal and written communication skills; along with excellent problem solving, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Experience with a Payroll and HRIS system is preferred; IT experience a plus.
Compensation/Benefits:
This is a full-time exempt position that reports to our Branch Director. Full benefits package included plus a free family YMCA membership and 7% funded Y retirement after two years of service.
