The Youth Development Director will provide staff leadership and supervision and enhance youth development in the School Age Childcare (SACC), Summer Camp and the Youth and Government programs.  This position manages the development and operations of these programs and is also responsible for curriculum design, budget management and ensuring compliance with all Department of Human Services regulations.  As a member of the branch leadership team, the Director serves as evening/weekend Director on Duty on a rotating basis.  The Youth Development Director will also perform other duties as necessary.

Educational Background: 
Bachelor's Degree in education or education related field or human services, required. 
Skills/Experience: 
  • Two years of direct supervisory experience required. 
  • Experience in childcare administration or child/youth programming preferred. 
  • Other qualifications include strong organization skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $40,000.00
