The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation located in Waukesha, WI is seeking an experienced candidate with strong bookkeeping/accounting skills. This position provides logistical and administrative support to events. Candidate will help to ensure efficient and compliant chapter operations related to administrative, financial, event and program requirements.

Responsibilities include : database management, accounts payable, revenue processing and receipting, reconcile P&L; and monthly GL; maintenance of chapter accounting files, compliance management & audit, development/review of collateral materials, securing volunteers, coordinating mailings, ordering supplies, and answering phones.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant work experience which may include internships or volunteer work. Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Requires strong administrative skills, ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and stay highly organized to ensure timely and accurate work.  Two or four-year degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
