Position Summary:
The Senior Manager of Marketing (SMM) is responsible for the overall administration and management of the Marketing efforts for each of CityDance’s divisions. The SMM will cultivate relationships with staff, faculty, students and families, to create an environment of trust and consistency. Areas of responsibility include managing and coordinating the design and implementation of marketing materials across all platforms. The SMM will work in conjunction with program leadership to meet specific goals in support of programming and brand awareness. The SMM must be an effective communicator, a good listener, and maintain a friendly, outgoing demeanor to all stakeholders.

You are a resident in the USA.

You have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relative field.

Min. of 5 years of experience in a similar position prefered.

You have experience working in customer-facing roles.

You have strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Any other languages are a plus.

You are able to diagnose and solve problems with varying complexity with a customer-focused mindset.

You're able to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure.

You have strong planning and organizational skills.

You are flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You have a sense of humor.

You are passionate about dance and its transformative power through high caliber training and performance.
You have experience working with these platforms:

Social Media Platforms (Facebook and Instagram Advertising experience is a plus)

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro)

Customer Support or CRM platforms

Microsoft Word environment

Email Marketing Software
-
Google Products
Physical demands that must be met in order to successfully complete the essential functions of the job:

Requires the ability to speak, hear, see and use computer and other office related equipment.

Requires the ability to sit, stand and move around around the studio and building for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.

May require local and national travel.
