- Enters Digital orders in Tracking and Traffic databases. Assists with generating invoices and invoice revisions
- Provides support to Traffic team members in the scheduling of on-air credits
- Assembles credit schedules for Music and Entertainment programs and acts as backup on all other schedule-related activities when other Traffic Team members are on leave. Generates reports as needed
- Provides support to Production team. Helps prepare spot lists and requests airchecks for Sponsorship Representatives
- Other duties as assigned
- Familiarity with Broadcast traffic and grant tracking software preferred
- High proficiency with standard personal and office computing programs
- Ability to perform tasks accurately under deadlines
