The Influent50 Project Manager will oversee and manage the agency’s Master Schedule which includes all project timelines and creative staff resourcing. 

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • He/she will use analytical thinking skills to resource creative projects effectively – able to understand when and how to ‘stagger’ projects appropriately without overtaxing the team and still meeting client desired timelines
  • He/she will need to have deep understanding of complex program management across all mediums (direct mail, digital build, print, broadcast, data model build, etc.)
  • This individual will need to have strong communication skills and exercise judgement in a measured capacity because he/she will be working across all agency teams to ensure that all concerns are addressed in a genial manner conducive for overall agency growth
  • He/she will manage the financial picture for the agency and be in close contact to advise the Financial Business Analyst of accruals, current revenue and pipeline revenue status – he/she will work closely with the Head of Account Services to ensure that all team leads are provided correct and current data
  • He/she will need to anticipate all program deliverables and internal process steps – he/she will be expected to prompt deliverable owner well in advance to ensure proper and on-time delivery
  • He/she will be expected to provide doable and effective solutions when projects change direction (due to client changes or internal points of view and recommendations) without affecting timeline and maintaining positive internal dynamics.
  • This individual will be required to have basic understanding expected of a Project Manager including:
    • Oversee full project management life cycle including requirements gathering, specifications, timelines, task ownership, budgets and production schedules.
    • Work to assure that client projects are produced on time and within budget.
    • Ensure that financial reporting and management requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Produce agency wide weekly project status report and monthly financial status report to ensure all affected teams are aware of project status.
Educational Background: 
A Bachelor’s degree
Skills/Experience: 
  • 5+ years related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience related to the duties of the position
  • 3+ years of relevant Agency experience
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with project management software, e.g., MS Project
