This position is responsible for managing the requests from across the enterprise with specific focus on the state office, SNG Driver Safety and Tax Aide. The primary focus is on handling print requests for items that will either need to be mailed, go into inventory or deliver directly to clients.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Responsible for capturing internal client requests – verifying specifications and desired schedules
- Load and schedule print jobs into web portal for print and mail ordering
- Keep track of client orders throughout the print, mail and fulfillment process
- Ensure client digital material is uploaded into digital storefront for pre-press processing
- Route for review proofs/samples to and from client as needed – approve through vendor store front
- Coordinate with List provider, confirm final counts and amend print counts with vendor to insure accurate invoice billing
- Support the overall Service Center goals by performing additional duties as requested or assigned
- Escalate issues to the Print Operations Manager as needed.
- Collaborate with list and creative departments to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
- Works with internal managers & clients on cost savings initiatives as they relate to printed projects

Educational Background:
Bachelor of Arts, or equivalent experience
Skills/Experience:
- A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in print production management
- Strong customer service Strong organizational skills, highly detail oriented, while working in a fast paced environment.
- Direct Mail experience, understanding of postal requirements and mailing specifications
- Knowledge of the printing and paper industry and ability to consult with internal partners on creative specifications of artwork files
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft office applications required.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude on a consistent basis
- Possess solid problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with support departments
- Ability to collaborate internally and externally to achieve projects on time
