The Marketing and Website Analytics Manager is responsible for reporting and insights to drive both website and marketing campaign performance.

This position is ASI’s Adobe SiteCatalyst analytics expert that manages reporting for Cooperative marketing campaigns and ASI’s presence on AARP’s Member Benefits website. This role will also be the liaison with AARP’s Member Benefits analytics team ensuring accurate and clean Adobe website reporting.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Manage data tracking, capture, reporting and analyses of site engagements for Provider offer visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze key performance indicators for website and campaign performance.  Provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders across ASI and external agencies. 
  • Develop executive-level performance dashboards to ASI’s Cooperative marketing team, marketing managers, relationship managers and C-suite.
  • Ad hoc analysis and reporting 
  • Ongoing collaboration with AARP’s Member Benefits website analytics team to ensure data accuracy and availability for both current reporting and new data as the site  evolves.
Educational Background: 
Completion of Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in an analytical role
Skills/Experience: 
  • Business and Marketing analysis expertise beyond narrow website/campaign focus
  • Daily Adobe/Omniture SiteCatalyst user with at least 5+ years’ experience
  • 3+ years of digital marketing campaign performance and optimization analytics
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills preferred
  • Intermediate level or better Microsoft PowerPoint skills
  • SQL Server knowledge &/or experience ideal but not required
