Uses expertise, knowledge, and experience in digital experience development and online marketing to define the vision and creative and author and produce educational experiences that help adults navigate life transitions, including caregiving, work and jobs/employment, and avoiding fraud and predatory scams. Creates live conversations, packaged content, and other digital experiences in an often overlapping environment.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Creates strategy and drives execution related to complex projects from start to finish, including the content development and delivery of interactive, consumer-focused educational experiences across a variety of formats (primarily online), including but not limited to, webinars, virtual fairs, and micro learnings. Ensures that the delivery of assets bring new, creative thinking that helps drive high-quality issue education.
- Develops and supports partnerships with stakeholders to ensure excellence in the execution of projects and resources in support of issue areas.
- Evaluates content/data and infers trends to develop online experiences in new, creative ways.
- Ensures excellence in all creative and materials by driving the review of products for instructional standards, writing standards, and appropriate content flow.
- Manages large, interdisciplinary groups and one-on-one conversations with subject-matter-experts.
- Empowers adults to make educated decisions.
- Utilizes strong communication skills and attention-to-detail to distill complex subjects in new ways into inviting, accurate, and accessible educational experiences.
- Sets a professional and appropriate tone and plan for each project. Operates with a strong detail orientation and a sense of urgency.
- Creates change through inspirational design, solid rationale, supporting data, and diplomacy.
- Anticipates potential bottlenecks and develops and drives solutions to avoid them, while operating effectively in ambiguous situations. Understands how to make tradeoffs to balance business wants and creative constraints.
- Oversees strategy to deliver/build content for long (30+ minutes), medium (2-5 minutes) and short format (30-90 seconds) educational experiences, while ensuring excellence in execution and consistent attention to detail.
Educational Background:
Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, Design, or a related field
Skills/Experience:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in positions where coordination, networking, information sharing, and/or marketing were central to the job.
- Demonstrated expertise with project management oversight and execution.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and demonstrated ability to build, sustain, and nurture strong, productive working relationships internally and externally.
- Familiarity with industry-leading authoring tools such as Storyline, Vyond, and the Adobe Creative Cloud.
