We are looking for an IT Coordinator who will be providing project and administrative support to the IT Department. The ideal candidate must love technology and have a positive, energetic consultative nature.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Review and process IT Service Requests for hardware, software, peripherals and mobile device requests
  • Partner with designated vendors to obtain product quotes and track purchases
  • Track order statuses and address delivery/availability issues, as required
  • Receive, verify, document and distribute mobile devices, hardware and software for IT Operations
  • Organize and maintain licensing agreements, keys and other related documentation
  • Develop and maintain hardware and software licensing database including CMDB for IT Operations
  • Perform periodic inventory audits to ensure accuracy and document deltas
  • Provide management with regular reports to demonstrate inventory accuracy and software compliance
  • Document and maintain SOPs for assigned areas, including but not limited, inventory, purchasing, licensing, budgeting, etc.
  • Prepares meeting materials, presentation materials, and management reports for the IT team
  • Assist management team with IT Operations budget updates and monthly forecast
Skills/Experience: 
  • Excellent problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
  • At Least 3 years administrative support preferably with inventory and procurement management and control
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office especially Word and Excel
  • Must be detail oriented and have solid organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize, adjust, and push for completion of multiple tasks in a fast paced organization
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be able to work cooperatively with others as part of a team, hold own work to high standards, and inspire others to do the same
  • Multi-discipline IT experience preferred
