Position Summary:

The Human Rights Campaign accomplishes its work through a partnership between its paid staff and grass-roots volunteer leaders in 33 HRC steering committee communities across the country, including on its national Board of Directors and Board of Governors.

These volunteer leaders and communities are vital to the success of the LGBTQ+ movement and HRC’s mission. They are also terrific ambassadors of our work.
