The purpose of this position is to support the existing CRM Applications in the daily business needs as they relate to Direct Marketing, Donor Services, Finance, Helpdesk Support, and Program Contact Tracking, Major and Intermediate Giving departments and Chapter Offices. 

Responsible for partnering with multiple teams in implementing and supporting shared fundraising solutions throughout the Association.  Development of donor/client quality assurance processes and procedures for national and chapter shared fundraising efforts as well as financial and gift entry staff.  Develop and implement business analytical tools for Direct Marketing staff. This position supports Fundraising Applications as a Production Specialist and reports to the Senior Associate Director System Integration. This is a US-based remote position. 

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Participate in projects that involve creation of business flow, code set up, report set up, documentation, data editing and integration.  Work with Senior Directors and end users to develop complete and accurate business requirements.  Develop and deploy any project plans and training needed to ensure business requirements and user acceptance has been met.  
  • Provide query and reporting support, focusing on CRM (Team Approach/Personify) HelpDesk Chapter ad-hoc requests.  Set up and deliver new data requests an develop and implement data analysis queries and reports for as needed that utilize Association-wide agreed upon processes, procedures and business rules.  
  • Provide application support to assist users in resolving technical support issues and investigate business requirement questions and end user functionality.  As requested Helpdesk support.
  • Use basic SQL query and P/L SQL skills to develop queries and procedures that answer business questions and resolve data integrity issues.  Troubleshoot data processing issues and perform data fixes to maintain data integrity.  Creation of calculated fields for internal use as well as vendor requests
  • Create classroom curriculum and provide Training on Team Approach to Donor Services, Planned Giving, Major Gifts, Direct Marketing and others as required.
  • Manage daily acknowledgment process consisting of over 75 queries running daily.
Educational Background: 
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Knowledge of relational Oracle databases and the ability to understand and compose Oracle SQL queries.  Experience with PL/SQL programming. 
  • Three years experience in data management systems operations, supporting primary organization applications.  
  • Knowledge of UNIX commands.  
  • Experience with Team Approach or other fundraising applications and/or CRM systems
