350.org is looking for an administrative professional to support the Digital Director, Product Team and the global digital staff members in their work to solve the climate crisis.
The Product Team Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Product Team by acting as a point person for administrative tasks. The Product Team Coordinator is an information sponge, preserving and sharing information and paving the way to make the team functions as easy as possible. The Prodcut Team Coordinator is someone who can reliably keep multiple balls in the air without letting one drop, has a friendly, can-do attitude, is a creative, digitally-literate problem solver who loves to help people stay organised, and can take a big-picture, strategic eye to administrative work.
- Past experience with administrative work, ideally in an international context
- Experience organising events or conferences
- Ability to think fast on your feet and problem solve in a practical manner
- Speaks fluent English
- Flexible - willing to do whatever it takes to get logistics in order
- Can-do positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications/Good to Have
- Experience with budget tracking, financial administration tasks
- International calendar management
- Experience using G Suite, Zoom, Slack and other programs used daily in this position
- Experience working with cross-cultural and remote teams
- Experience working with a digital team
- An interest in 350.org’s theory of change and organising strategy
