You pair your data-savviness with strong decision-making and judgment. You are a strong designer and can quickly design resources and trainings even when you don’t know the content deeply. In addition, you are a strong facilitator and consultant and can be the person sharing resources and leading trainings. You are familiar with Teacher Leadership Development content and work and the Theory of Leadership and can integrate that knowledge into all that you do. You enjoy roles that allow you to do lots of different types of work, using lots of different skills. You are flexible and incorporate feedback regularly.
