The Manager, Selection Research and Execution will:
- Support the execution of our team’s internal communication and learning systems (15%)
- This includes but is not limited to creating newsletters, supporting agenda creation and execution for meetings, managing the team calendar and scope and sequence, etc.
- Support the execution of our team’s external communication and learning systems (15%)
- This includes but is not limited to creating a process for and template for sharing information external to our team, supporting the execution of virtual and in person meetings, etc.
- Support the execution of our team’s knowledge management system (15%)
- This includes but is not limited to building a virtual space that can be accessed by teams across our organization, organizing and collecting research to share, ensuring that systems are user friendly, etc.
- Support the execution of our Research and Pilots (45%)
- This includes but is not limited to conducting innovative research and pilots, implementing pilots during our selection process, communicating with pilot selectors, preparing for data stepbacks, evaluating data, etc.
- Engage in team and organization wide communications, calls, reflections, conferences, policies, etc. (10%)
- 2+ years of professional experience
- Previous experience working with groups towards a common goal and building an inclusive community within those groups
- Previous experience executing projects at a high level
Skills
- Ability to collect, synthesize, analyze, and use data
- Strong technological abilities. Some examples include: ability to build web pages, utilize google docs, proficient in excel, create marketing tools, etc.
- Ability to utilize resources for innovative research
- Ability to hone in on main ideas and synthesize complicated information
Work Demands
- Ability to travel to in person conferences 2-4 times a year
- Willing to work occasional weekend or evening work hours
