350.org is looking for a CRM Specialist who will support our globally dispersed organisation by maintaining our CRM. They will pursue the continuous improvement of that platform, and support their colleagues in getting the most out of it.
Currently 350 uses CiviCRM, and may be moving to Salesforce after an analysis (currently underway) is complete. So the ideal candidate has the ability and enthusiasm to learn the ins and outs of either platform, pursue the continuous improvement of that platform, and support their colleagues in getting the most out of it.
- Significant experience as a CRM user, good sense of capabilities of CRM systems.
- Friendly, positive, approachable, non-defensive, thoughtful.
- Obsessed with detail, hyper-careful, and accurate.
- Motivated by helping others succeed.
- Able to create work plans and anticipate deadlines.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with competing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a CRM super-user or system administrator.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working both independently and in teams, highly responsive, and able to lead initiatives as well as take direction from others.
