  • Lead branch health & wellness and sports programs.
  • Supervise, hire, coach and train staff.
Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Lead branch health & wellness and sports programs including: wellness center, group exercise classes, personal training, youth & adult sports, sports performance and special events.
  • Supervise, hire, coach and train staff team - including fitness floor staff, group ex instructors, personal trainers, building supervisors, instructional & sports performance coaches.
Educational Background: 
BS degree in a health, fitness or related field and 3 years experience in the wellness field.
Skills/Experience: 
  • National group exercise and personal training certifications.      
  • 2+ years of successful management experience (sales experience a plus).
  • An engaging personality with a commitment to helping people get and stay healthy.
  • An ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Mechanical aptitude for wellness center equipment maintenance.
  • Experience coaching athletes preferred. 
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00
