Lead branch Obstacle Fitness/ Ninja Warrior and Women’s Sports- gymnastics and volleyball. Training programs including: personal training, youth & adult classes, group programs, competitive teams, birthday parties, competitions and special events.

Supervise, hire, coach and train staff team to ensure high participant satisfaction and program growth. 

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Lead Obstacle Fitness/Ninja Warrior program.
  • Lead Women's sports programs - gymnastics and volleyball.
  • Personal Training.
  • Lead Youth and adult classes & group programs.
  • Lead competitive teams and run competitions.
  • Supervise, hire, coach and train staff team to ensure high participant satisfaction and program growth. 
Educational Background: 
BS degree in a health, fitness or related field and 3 years experience in the wellness, gymnastics, parkour, ninja warrior or martial arts fields.
Skills/Experience: 
  • An engaging personality with a commitment to helping people get and stay healthy.
  • Ideal candidate will have played collegiate volleyball.
  • Ensure strong safety standards are established and adhered to by members and staff
  • Experience coaching athletes preferred.
  • 2+ years of successful management experience (sales experience a plus).
  • An ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00
