Marketing and Data Analysis Manager --- you'll have the best of both worlds!
The Manager of Digital Marketing & Analytics is responsible for designing, managing and implementing materials for electronic/digital, web, and web media and print, email and print communications inclusive of layout, typesetting and illustration in support of advancing the Y’s mission and cause in accordance with brand guidelines. S/he will manage the Y’s website to ensure content is current and brand-compliant. S/he will oversee and grow the Y’s social media calendar, content, activities and constituencies, produce video testimonials and communications, as well as manage mobile applications of the Y’s mission and cause. S/he will actively manage and grow digital advertising presence to generate revenue. Data analysis of web analytics and in-house Daxko system will be required to inform business decisions.
- Serves as an expert in Y-USA graphic standards, branding, voice and messaging in all print, web, digital, and mobile communications to advance the Y’s mission and cause in our local community.
- Develops and designs materials for print, digital, and web media including, but not limited to, advertisements, flyers, brochures, posters, program guides, forms, banners, and e-communications/ e-newsletters.
- Designs, creates, organizes, maintains and manages website content, social media posts, and email communications to ensure communications are effective, timely and of high quality.
- Manages, develops and implements strategies to increase participation and content in social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram through posts and advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with data mining and analytics to allow presentation of data in a manner that will inform business decisions.
- Produces video and video testimonials that communicate mission and our impact in the community.
- Creates reports and analysis on the SAY’s web and social media usage, and google analytics.
- Monitors the website’s, mobile and social media “Contact” requests.
- Trains staff on website, social media, email communications processes, and procedures.
- Manages outside vendors, as needed.
- Collaborates with and supports marketing team members.
- A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram.
- Proficiency with Adobe CS6 (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) for print and web.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word (strong word processing ability) and Excel (spreadsheets).
- Strong writing and communication skills. Experience using Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Survey Monkey.
- Experience with CMS (content management system).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, SEO, Facebook and Twitter analytics, remarketing initiatives.
