The Competitive Swimming Director will oversee all competitive swimming program operations, ensure the safety of program participants, and provide direct member service.

Educational Background: 
Degree in Recreation, Physical Education or a related field or comparable experience.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Requires a highly motivated person with enthusiastic leadership ability and strong background in competitive swimming. Extensive coaching knowledge and teaching experience preferred.
  • Must be comfortable and able to work with children while swimming.
  • Must be willing to acquire Lifeguard, CPR and First Aid certifications along with all USA Swimming or YMCA related certifications within 90 days.
