The Gateway Region YMCA has an immediate opening for a Cause-Driven leader to provide strategic leadership in the area of membership development. Our overarching goal will be to structure the membership department to meet the emerging opportunities in the region. The key deliverables will be aligning acquisition/retention strategies, expanding corporate membership and scaling community health programming. - YUSA Organizational Leader Status preferred
- 5 or more years of executive or membership experience in a YMCA
