The Ozarks Regional YMCA is seeking a strong YMCA Professional to continue to grow and have a lasting and positive impact on the community we serve at our Ozark Mountain YMCA in Hollister, MO. The Ozark Mountain YMCA opened in 2001 and currently has 450 units (1400 members) and an operating budget of $700,000.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Lead a team of staff and volunteers focused on relationship building, member retention, membership sales, program development, while maintaining a level of excellence in customer service.
  • Develop, administer, and maintain accountability for the annual center budget
  • Provide leadership to and coordination of the Annual Giving Campaign, capital campaigns, and other fund raising events
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with diverse community leaders as a basis for financial develop and identification and implementation of responsive programs for the community we serve – work with social, civic and local organizations to develop partnerships, where appropriate, to engage and utilize volunteers
  • Ensure appropriate implementation of Y programs through direct supervision of center staff
  • Provide leadership and support to Center Board volunteers and work collaboratively with Center Board Chair to build an engaged and informed board of volunteers
Educational Background: 
Possess a four year undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university
Skills/Experience: 
  • Must be able to demonstrate a history of successful fundraising, strong fiscal management skills, supervisory skills, marketing and public relations experience, and a history of effective volunteer management
  • Dedicated to the Ozarks Regional YMCA and be deliberate in reaching outlined goals. Candidate must exemplify the YMCA Core Values and be able to communicate the YMCA Mission effectively
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $47,000.00 - $50,000.00
