The Ozarks Regional YMCA is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide cause-driven leadership and support to impact the growth of corporate memberships and community wellness for the association.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Represent the YMCA at a variety of functions, including evening and/or weekend activities
- Update and maintain membership records and files for accuracy and provide timely and accurate corporate membership reports
- Prepare proposals, correspondence, and other cultivation material for the promotion of the corporate membership program
- Represent and promote the mission of the YMCA in employee health and benefit fairs
- Partner with corporate membership contacts to develop long term relationships and opportunities
- Provide superior customer service to all existing corporate membership partners
- Reach and exceed corporate membership goals for the association
- Contact prospective corporate partners to offer the Y corporate membership program
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education/experience,
Skills/Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated results-oriented development experience
- Working knowledge of marketing and promotional techniques, inside sales/customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of health and wellness initiatives strongly preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary: $28,000.00 - $32,000.00
