This position directs all aspects of membership for the branch including but not limited to: recruiting new members, retention of existing members, recruit – hire – train – supervise desk staff, concierge desk staff, child watch staff, develop and manage the membership budget ($3-$4 million), and evaluate and improve procedures to promote great customer service.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Recruit new members
  • Retain existing members
  • Hire, trian, and supervise all desk staff and childwatch staff
  • Develop and manage a $3 - $4 million budget
Educational Background: 
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher                                             
Skills/Experience: 
  • Must have previous supervisory experience                     
  • Must have previous member service experience  
  • Must have excellent computer skills        
  • Must have superior communication skills – written and oral      
  • Previous YMCA experience is helpful but not required 
  • Previous experience with DAXKO membership software is helpful but not required
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00
