Areas of Responsibility: 
  • If hired for this position you will direct registration, Daxko Engage, accounting and other administrative functions of the branch.
  • You will act as the primary contact for all administrative services for the branch, such as managing an inventory of office supplies, managing purchasing systems, and ensuring registration systems function properly.
  • You will encourage member involvement and identify potential volunteers.
  • As the admin services director, you will be responsible for maintaining internal staff communications through staff newsletters and email campaigns.
  • You will maintain and update class and program schedules.
  • You will help develop member communications through online and print mediums.
Skills/Experience: 
  • I have 3-5 years of experience with office/administrative support, customer service and sales.
  • I am great with computers, office equipment and cash handling.
  • I love problem solving and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • I am organized, proactive and know how to get things done.
  • I am very detail oriented and can follow brand standard guidelines.
  • I love working with people and know how to give great customer service.
  • I have strong reading and writing skills.
  • I have a well-rounded knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Publisher, Powerpoint)
Compensation/Benefits: 

Hourly: $18.54
