Working with the Ruby Hunt YMCA board and leadership team, this position will be concerned with all duties necessary to managing and leading the full facility to meet the goals and dreams outlined in the strategic plan.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Manages day to day branch operations
  • Administers all policies, plans and procedures related to branch
  • Develops new and innovative programs and procedures
  • Organizes all branch fund raising initiatives
  • Initiates quality relationships with key community leaders
  • Organizes annual branch staff and volunteer planning functions
  • Implements recruiting, training and evaluations of key management personnel
  • Coordinates all financial procedures with Corporate Office
  • Serves on the Association Senior Strategy Team
  • Assume responsibilities of association wide programs and/or initiatives
  • Creates relationships with Town of Boiling Springs Administrators and Council
Educational Background: 
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
Skills/Experience: 
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory role.
  • YMCA experience preferred.
  • YMCA Organizational Leader Certification preferred
  • Experience in budgeting,  fund raising, working with volunteers, and facility management
  • Experience in public speaking and written communications
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $57,000.00 - $67,000.00
