This position is responsible for the daily operations of the YMCA and ensuring the Mission of theYMCA is evident in all fiscal and physical operations.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Manages day to day branch operations
  • Develops new and innovative programs and procedures
  • Ensures a high level of quality in all operations
  • Leads annual fund-raising campaign
  • Supervises Program, Membership, and Wellness Staff
  • Leads branch staff in the pursuit of their personal objectives
  • Implements recruiting, training and evaluations of key management personnel
  • Ensures the on-boarding and continuous training of part-time staff
  • Serves on the Association Executive Council
  • Assume responsibilities of association wide programs and/or initiatives
  • Creates relationships with Town of Boiling Springs Administrators and Council
  • Leads and ensures a branch culture of excellence
  • Interprets and communicates the YMCA mission, values and ideals
  • Responsible for maintaining fiscal goals and objectives
Educational Background: 
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Skills/Experience: 
  • Minimum of three years’ experience in the YMCA
  • YMCA Multi-Team or Branch Leader Certification
  • Experience in program development and design
  • Deep understanding of YMCA membership principles
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $39,000.00 - $49,000.00
