The Programs Director will be responsible for all of the youth and adult sports programs, including aquatics programs.  Our Seymour facility hosts our olympic-sized indoor swimming pool, so knowledge of pools and pool equipment is preferred.  

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • The successful candidate will schedule and manage all of the sports programs for youth and adults alike, as well as all of the aquatics programs.  Hours will vary.  Some Saturdays will be required.  This is a full-time, salaried position.
Educational Background: 
A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. 
Skills/Experience: 
  • The Programs Director must be able to coordinate all of the sports programs, aquatics programs, and facilitate swim meets.
Compensation/Benefits: 

Salary: $26,000.00 - $28,000.00
