Responsible for the total operations of the Frank G. Berlin Sr. Branch YMCA. including Member Engagement, Facilities, Staff Development, Fundraising, Community Relations and Collarorations.  

  • Directs Branch planning efforts and develops annual operating plan and budget.
  • Communicate and promote the YMCA mission, vision and impact to the employees, members, voluteers and the community.
  • Provide guidance to and develop the Branch Advisory Board.
  • Seek out and develop YMCA outreach programs to expand our services and programs to members and the community.
Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Proven ability to provide leadership
  • Proficient in budget development and financial management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 6 years management experience, leadership experience and/or operations experience
Skills/Experience: 
  • Direct supervision and mangement of staff
  • Knowledge of generally accepted YMCA programs and management practices
