Responsible for the total operations of the Frank G. Berlin Sr. Branch YMCA. including Member Engagement, Facilities, Staff Development, Fundraising, Community Relations and Collarorations.
- Directs Branch planning efforts and develops annual operating plan and budget.
- Communicate and promote the YMCA mission, vision and impact to the employees, members, voluteers and the community.
- Provide guidance to and develop the Branch Advisory Board.
- Seek out and develop YMCA outreach programs to expand our services and programs to members and the community.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Proven ability to provide leadership
- Proficient in budget development and financial management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum of 6 years management experience, leadership experience and/or operations experience
Skills/Experience:
- Direct supervision and mangement of staff
- Knowledge of generally accepted YMCA programs and management practices
