Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Supervise and oversee aquatics staff and all operations of the aquatics department
  • Develop and implement innovative approaches to promoting pool usage
  • Maintain lifeguard certification level of readiness at all times

Educational Background: 
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Skills/Experience: 
  • Minimum age of 21
  • A passion for aquatics
  • YMCA Team Leader Certification preferred
  • Minimum of four years working as a lifeguard, swim instructor, water fitness instructor or swim coach
