Areas of Responsibility:
- Supervise and oversee aquatics staff and all operations of the aquatics department
- Develop and implement innovative approaches to promoting pool usage
- Maintain lifeguard certification level of readiness at all times

Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Skills/Experience:
- Minimum age of 21
- A passion for aquatics
- YMCA Team Leader Certification preferred
- Minimum of four years working as a lifeguard, swim instructor, water fitness instructor or swim coach
