The Marketing Manager will support the Director of Marketing and the Marketing team to execute the FMD pilot campaign. S/he oversee all aspects of FMD campaign to ensure all components are coordinated, implemented against strategy and are on time and on budget. The position will run the coordination of mini-promotions of media stories, reactive announcements and focus on creating an enabling environment that allows each of the functional leads: events, editorial, media, strategic communication and technology to deliver their components. S/he works closely with various constituents including senior staff, marketing and philanthropy colleagues and other key stakeholders drive the creation of detailed business processes for donor communication, finance, reporting, events that support marketing and philanthropy goals.
- Manage and serve as team lead on assigned projects.

- Develop and update campaign calendar, ensure projects are completed.
- Ensure a regular flow of information about the campaign occurs within team and key stakeholders.
- Make independent decisions at times based on analysis, experience, and judgment.

- Manage assigned budget, evaluate results and develop recommendations for corrective strategies as needed.
- Responsibility and accountability for meeting campaign goals and objectives in coordination with Director of Marketing and other key team members.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing client and account relationships.
- Experience implementing, and managing multiple complex projects.
- Experience negotiating agreements.
