This individual will provide online (email) and virtual support through phone and zoom to Operations and Chapter staff who have questions about the Volunteers in Action platform and general policies governing LLS volunteers.

*Please note this is a FT Temporary position that will last up to 6-12 months paid through a staffing agency and assigned to work at LLS.  This assignment is 35 hours a week.*  

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • This person will be responsible for keeping up with the daily email requests that come in to [email protected], responding appropriately, and scheduling calls and zoom meetings with staff across the country to provide 1:1 support as necessary. 
  • This individual will also help with getting chapter data and reporting up to speed and will include helping chapters upload their data, work with chapter operations staff to align Board of Trustee usage and work with the OVE Team to escalate reoccurring or prevalent issues.
Educational Background: 
Associate's(preferred)/Bachelor’s Degree(preferred) in a related field (Business, Volunteer Development, Project Development)
Skills/Experience: 
  • 2-3 Years of Customer Service experience in high paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to run and analyze Excel reports
  • Understanding of complex systems
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Box, & Outlook
  • Experience with database systems (ATS/CRM/VMS)
  • Experience training end-users
  • Strong work ethic, able to work independently with desire to learn and improve, and ability to manage time and complete assigned projects.
  • Passion for volunteerism and volunteer engagement
