The Total Rewards Analyst will provide strategic compensation and benefits support for the Organization, including providing administration, analysis and insights on Base Pay, Incentive, and Benefit Programs to the Total Rewards and Human Resources Team. The Analyst will be able to interact with internal clients on LLS’s Program, ensuring timely and accurate customer service.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Support all aspects of LLS’s base pay and incentive compensation programs.
- Administers the Annual Incentive Compensation Programs, including preparation of key documentation, modeling analysis, communication, training and the creation and scoring of Incentive Compensation Scorecards, as well as provide input for plan design.
- Design and build compensation metrics, reports and tools to inform compensation program decisions and analyze business outcomes, including Position-In-Range, Headcount, and Plan Costs Reports as needed.
- Support the annual process for salary increases including system set-up, validation of data and distribution of reports.
- Review salary increase recommendations for promotions and other adjustments to ensure internal equity and consistency.
- Participate in the benchmarking processes and analyze industry data to evaluate roles and determine competitiveness of salaries and total compensation by market.
- Maintain and update the Organizations Job Descriptions for content (Duties and Responsibilities) and compliance with regulations (FLSA, ADA), as needed.
- Support the administration of various employee benefit programs including group medical, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Including answering routine inquires and resolving employee issues.
- Responsible for the reconciliation and payment of invoices for health and welfare plans.
- Performs benefit plan reconciliations and assists the Benefits Manager in conducting plan audits.
- Assist in the management of open enrollment, preparing benefit communications, and educating employees about benefit offerings
- Support of Wellness Program and resources
- Conducts compensation and benefit orientations for staff.
- Maintain a working knowledge of LLS's mission and programs
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s Degree
Skills/Experience:
- 4 years compensation and benefits experience
- CCP and/or CBP Certification in progress preferred
Position Requirements:
- Capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to communicate and provide superior customer service
- Comfortable with manipulating large amounts of data to present clear, concise and accurate conclusions
- Demonstrated competency with HRIS systems, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Position also requires broad, but solid knowledge of State and Federal Labor Laws and regulations
