As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will be a member of the Talent Acquisition team and you'll work closely with recruiters, hiring teams and candidates during the interview, hiring and on-boarding process. Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple functional disciplines and locations while helping to create an amazing candidates experience.

Areas of Responsibility: 

Work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Team to execute and improve programs to find top talent

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, talent acquisition business partners, and candidates, organize travel arrangements for candidates
  • Facilitate and maintain an amazing end-to-end candidate experience
  • Provide timely interview status updates to human resource business partners, hiring teams, hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system and career portal
  • Post and manage job postings on internal sites, as well as other recruiting platforms
  • Manage internal Talent Acquisition projects and workflows
  • Aid in facilitating our internal employee referral program
  • Assist Head of Talent Acquisition with creating accurate and meaningful recruiting metrics
  • Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and college recruiting efforts; administer assessments
  • Assist with candidate sourcing for key roles and help recruit entry level talent
  • Coordinate and schedule kick-off meetings, candidate interviews and debriefs
  • Participate in departmental project work focused on delivering efficiencies and innovations to drive the Talent Acquisition Operation function forward
Educational Background: 
Bachelor's degree
Skills/Experience: 
  • 1-2 year previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruiting Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Basic understanding of Recruiting and HR concepts, policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, both internally and externally
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Proficiency with software including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
