Responsible for strategic marketing of campaign/product communications and messaging activities (direct mail, advertising, promotional and web based marketing programs) for assigned campaign/product.
- Responsible for the development, implementation and management of an integrated marketing strategy including email, social media, direct mail, videos and advertising for campaign.
- For TNT, this is comprised of approx. 20-25 specific events each needing emails, web presence, and support materials
- Develop branding and messaging catered to specific audience segments and channels
- Focus on digital media placement, including programmatic media buying, to improve CPR and efficiencies.
- Support product team to optimize e-commerce, incentives, retention, lead nurturing and seasonal campaigns.
- Create copy, manage creative and oversee execution for website, email, social and digital.
- Secure legal approvals for contracts.
- Analyze, and present results to senior management of assigned marketing and digital programs.
- Ensure that marketing programs, materials and apparel are consistent with the brand identity of the LLS and Team In Training guidelines.
- Develop and manage budgets, timelines, action plans and business analysis for assigned marketing programs.
- Responsible for working with Creative and Product team on branding, cross-promotional and other revenue generating campaigns for the brand.
- Collaborate with the Social Media team and agency to capture content and promote TNT on social
- Collaborate with business team to identify innovation and market conditions through tracking competitive activity and industry trends
- Collaborate with product team on partnership marketing strategy
- Maintain a working knowledge of the LLS mission and programs to promote the field and campaign fundraising initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years related marketing experience in the areas of direct mail, advertising, promotions and digital marketing.
- Experience in the endurance sports industry (preferably as an employee or an athlete)
- Excellent Power Point, Excel and Email Deployment Software skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to larger audiences
- Experience in executing digital strategy
- Competency in web analytics analysis and platforms
- A blend of creative and financial skills with an entrepreneurial spirit is key.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Capable of balancing multiple priorities effectively a must.
- Professional, strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
