Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Ability to handle general administration, multi-task and work through small projects
  • Skilled in the use of Smart Sheet or equivalent project collaboration software, to assist with project monitoring and management
  • Strong process management ability
  • Would work within the Professional Services real estate group to oversee and manage  processes and implementations for LLS’s National and Canadian locations
  • Provide assistance with special projects and Site administration responsibilities
  • Would assist with real estate brokerage management updates and communication responsibilities
  • Would provide leasing administration support for collection of analytics and general information needed to carry out a real estate transactions
  • Would draft and provide communications for transaction review meetings
  • Manage project time lines and provide reporting oversight to support project deadlines.
  • Assistance with general communications with building management, project managers and LLS location staff
  • General invoicing administration and budget verification
Educational Background: 
High School diploma, College degree preferred
Skills/Experience: 
  • 1-2 years administrative experience 

Position Requirements: 

  • Fluent in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including verbal and written
  • Ability to work well with all levels of staff, management, vendor, BOD etc
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Knowledge of standard business machines and computer software
  • Professional with sound judgment
