LLS Talent Development is seeking a Project Assistant. This position provides administrative support for the Talent Development Team and the respective assigned projects. This role provides general administrative support, filing and project task management to support a department in the HR division that focuses on employee learning and the advancement of skills and knowledge of LLS employees and volunteers.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the team as necessary.
- Create, organize and maintain project filing system. Keep project files up to date on a daily basis.
- Participate in projects and make recommendations as needed to ensure successful completion.
- Assist in ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the completion of timely and accurate weekly reports.
- Support the development of detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation.
- Follow up on inquiries regarding project initiative.
- Assist other HR staff when needed and as appropriate.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, Box, & Outlook.
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable using and learning new technology.
- Strong work ethic, able to work independently with desire to learn and improve, and ability to manage time and complete assigned projects.
- Promotes teamwork and collaboration within the department and externally by positive, cooperative attitude with willingness to take on additional duties as directed.
- Experience working in an office setting.
