As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for keeping the project master plan and KPIs up to date, producing department dashboards and productivity reports, vendor cost management and accounts payable. In addition, you will provide the CIO with administrative support. To accomplish this you will partner closely with the CIO, IT Department heads, Procurement and Vendors.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Works with finance and keeps track of budget actuals
- Works with vendors to confirm billing is accurate and reasonable
- Reviews and processes IT invoices using the Coupa System
- Supports the RFP process for new contracts
- Supports the vendor selection and management process
- Works with department heads to keep the department master plan up to date
- Works with department heads to identify KPIs and productivity dashboards
- Supports Audit requests for information
- Provides administrative support for the CIO
- Assists in the coordination of department meetings
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Educational Background:
High School diploma
Skills/Experience:
- Experience managing an accounts payable process
- Experience managing budgets and analyzing budgeted amounts Vs actual amounts
- Experience managing vendor relationships
- Experience with Coupa a plus
- Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in business English, spelling, punctuation and grammar
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills
Education & Experience Requirements:
- 5+ years of administrative experience supporting a technical team
