The Analyst will operate within the Financial Planning and Analysis team at the National Office at LLS. This role will be responsible for the reporting on revenue metrics at LLS. Working across revenue lines of business across the organization, this role will provide direction, analysis, and strategic thought leadership to drive deeper business insights and understanding. Ad-hoc analysis and project work will also be a key aspect of the role, serving across the field – product matrix of the organization. Furthermore, the role will be responsible to design, prepare, and present detailed analysis of business trends and issues to recommend solutions to senior management.

Areas of Responsibility: 
  • Ownership of revenue metrics development and reporting across organization’s lines of business.
  • Partner with business leaders and peers to understand and translate strategy and operational objectives into measurable KPIs
  • Utilize and evolve KPIs and metrics to forecast/project revenue performance.
  • Partner with IT to efficiently source data to deliver weekly management reports.
  • Foster visibility for analytics throughout the organization and ease in finding help with analytical problems and decisions.
  • Support organization leadership and decision makers with data-driven analysis and value-creation recommendations.
  • Support senior management in the preparation of materials for monthly organization performance reporting and board committee meetings.
  • Provide financial support and analysis for strategic initiatives facing the organization.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Educational Background: 
Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
Skills/Experience: 
  • 5+ years of experience developing metrics reporting or operating in FP&A capacity
  • Knowledge of GAAP reporting

  • Operate with minimal oversight and be accountable for delivering results
  • Ability to act as a thought leader across organization
  • Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders and peers inside and outside of finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong MS Office Suite (Excel: pivot tables & vlookups)
  • Adaptive, Netsuite - similar system experience a plus
