Business Manager supports Sr. Director, Operations on strategic enterprise initiatives, including full management of designated projects. Collaborates with internal shared services providers and manages 3rd party vendors as needed to provide operational support to the LLS enterprise. Develops efficient and effective process solutions in line with business, legal, and regulatory requirements and collaborates with Field and Product staff regarding their implementation of respective mandates. Responsible for financial analytics, budget preparation, ongoing revenue and expense forecasting, identification and execution of expense savings opportunities, as well as the day-to-day expense approval process for LLS Operations.
- Support ongoing and new enterprise initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and productivity; lead designated initiatives and manage implementation and ongoing operations as needed
- Conduct data analyses to assist Sr. Director, Operations in evaluating and prioritizing opportunities for new enterprise initiatives
- Document current and proposed workflows, processes, and policies; establish LLS Operations Handbook including process maps, process documentation, and functional charts (system/ process behavior)
- Manage recurring and ad hoc analytical projects as needed
- Effectively manage and authorize LLS Operations expenses based on approved budget and recommend opportunities for savings
- Oversee daily operations of designated enterprise functions
- Effectively interface with Product, Field, LLS shared services, and 3rd party vendors as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Diversify Revenue: Identify and develop high-growth, high-margin revenue opportunities focusing on volunteer initiatives, eRevenue, donor development and new partner development.
